For Clinic Appointments:
Park in the front lot and enter through the front door entrance.  Take the stairs or elevator to the second floor.  Sleep HealthCenters is at the end of the hallway in Suite 200.

For Lab Appointments (Sleep Studies): 
Park in the rear of the building. Go through the outside door into a small foyer. Enter through the Sleep HealthCenters door to your left. Suite 200.  (ground level when entering from the rear entrance)

Directions

From 1-290
Take Exit 19 (Burncoat Street / Lincoln Street / I-190) Follow I-190 North to Exit 1 (Route 12 South). Follow signs for Norton Drive and stay towards 190N.  Bear left onto Shore Drive.  Take a right into the parking lot of 102 Shore Drive. The Worcester Lab is located across from the Greendale YMCA and behind St. Gobain (formerly Norton Company).

From Route 9 West
Follow Route 9 West to the I-495 N exit toward Lowell. Merge onto I-495 N and follow to Exit 25B toward Worcester. Merge onto I-290 W via Exit 25B. Follow directions ‘From I-290’above.

From I-90 W/Mass Pike
Take 90 West/Mass Pike to Exit 11A toward Marlborough/N.H. Maine. Take Exit 11A onto I-495 N. Merge onto I-290 W via Exit 25B toward Worcester.  Follow directions ‘From I-290’ above.
 
From I-395
Take I-395 N toward Auburn/Worcester. I-395 N becomes I-290 E. Take Route 9 exit (Exit 17 toward Ware/Framingham). Turn left onto Belmont St (MA-9 W). Turn slight right onto MA-70 N/Lincoln St. Turn slight left onto Concord Street. Turn right onto Grove St. Turn slight right onto Gold Star Boulevard.  Turn left onto Norton Drive. Turn left onto South Shore Drive.
 
From I-495N
Follow I-495N and merge onto I-290 W via Exit 25B toward Worcester. Follow the directions ‘From I-290’ above.
