Photos and information about masks and equipment are provided in the Replacement Info page. You will also be able to order supplies directly from this page. Your order will be processed immediately upon insurance verification. IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION: Supplies are shipped via Optima shipping service. Overnight shipping is $30 and ground shipping is $15. You will be asked for a credit card number to pay for shipping fees. If you do not have a credit card, an invoice will be included with your supplies.
NOTE: All health insurance plans vary slightly and your benefits can change yearly even if you have not changed insurance plans or employers.
