To Order PAP Equipment and Supplies

To order new PAP supplies, email us at supplies@sleephealth.com and one of our Patient Care Coordinators will assist you with your order.

Please be sure to include the following information:

  • Supplies needed
  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Insurance information

If you prefer, you can call toll free at 877-753-3742 and speak with a Patient Care Coordinator. Please be sure to have your insurance information ready.

Photos and information about masks and equipment are provided in the Replacement Info page. You will also be able to order supplies directly from this page. Your order will be processed immediately upon insurance verification.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATIONSupplies are shipped via Optima shipping service.  Overnight shipping is $30 and ground shipping is $15.  You will be asked for a credit card number to pay for shipping fees.  If you do not have a credit card, an invoice will be included with your supplies.

NOTE: All health insurance plans vary slightly and your benefits can change yearly even if you have not changed insurance plans or employers. For more information about how often your health insurance company allows you to replace your PAP supplies, review our Insurance Guidelines page or call our reimbursement and billing department toll free at 877-535-7243.
