Sleep Therapy Automatic Re-Supply ProgramSleep HealthCenters is excited to share that we have recently implemented a new Sleep Therapy automatic re-supply program. With this new program, we use a simple, automated phone system to ask you a few short questions about your sleep therapy needs. Approximately every three to six months, you will receive a phone call from us asking about the following:
When our interactive phone system calls, you will simply reply to questions with a "YES" or "NO". Speak as if you were talking to our PAP Specialist directly. If you are experiencing any problems or have changed insurance companies, a PAP Specialist will personally contact you within 3-4 business days. If you order supplies, you will be responsible for any co-payment or deductible amount that your insurance may require.
