Sleep HealthCenters is a network of specialized sleep medicine centers and clinics that provide all the required services needed to diagnose, treat, and support patients with sleep disorders. At a single site, patients receive specialized physician evaluation and consultation, state of the art in-laboratory diagnostic testing, initiation of treatment including positive airway pressure devices and oral appliances, and receive long-term follow-up and case management.

Sleep HealthCenters currently operates centers in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Arizona and is affiliated with academic medical institutions such as Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

Patient Care Coordinator - Medford, MA and Framingham, MA
Sleep HealthCenters takes pride in providing excellent customer service along with the highest quality of care to all patients. The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) position is the first contact that most patients have with our company. We are looking for detail-oriented and organized candidates who can juggle a busy environment while providing friendly and helpful care to our patients.
Nurse Practitioner
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) at Sleep HealthCenters (SHC) is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) who has advanced training and specialized skills through completion of a nurse practitioner program. The clinician has credentials to function in the expanded role and is responsible for the daily management of a select panel of patients. The NP is responsible for the assessment and management of patients including initial diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, and the ongoing evaluation, implementation and documentation of the plan of care.
