Sleep HealthCenters is a network of specialized sleep medicine centers and clinics that provide all the required services needed to diagnose, treat, and support patients with sleep disorders. At a single site, patients receive specialized physician evaluation and consultation, state of the art in-laboratory diagnostic testing, initiation of treatment including positive airway pressure devices and oral appliances, and receive long-term follow-up and case management.

Sleep HealthCenters currently operates centers in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Arizona and is affiliated with academic medical institutions such as Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

PAP Specialist
Coordinate and support diagnostic, treatment and follow-up services to patients with sleep disorders, as directed by sleep specialists. Develop and refine protocols, questionnaires and forms to support consistent procedures. Assist in training staff and patients.
Benefits Verification Specialist - Wilmington, MA
Seeking experienced insurance verifier to verify patient benefits; obtain prior authorizations and/ or referrals. The candidate will also answer patient phone calls concerning their balances, etc. The candidate will interact with various staff members and other sites. Position requires careful attention to detail. Medical billing or knowledge is helpful, but not required. Experience in insurance verification and speaking directly with patients is required.
Patient Care Coordinator - Bedford, MA

The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) position is the first contact that most patients have with our company. We are looking for detail-oriented and organized candidates who can juggle a busy environment while providing friendly and helpful care to our patients.
Patient Account Representative - Wilmington, MA
Seeking experienced Medical Billing/Collections Representative to work insurance claims and collect patient balances. Position will report to the Reimbursement Manager and interact with various staff members and other sites. Position requires careful attention to detail. Medical billing or knowledge is required.
