Our sleep specialists work with each patient to fully assess his or her symptoms, determine the underlying causes, develop a personalized treatment program, and provide follow-up services that assist with therapy compliance and ensure our patients' overall satisfaction.

Our care begins with a comprehensive review of the patient's medical history. This information allows us to determine if sleep monitoring is needed to provide a more precise clinical picture of the underlying causes of the patient's symptoms.

If sleep monitoring is indicated, the patient may be asked to spend a night sleeping in the home-like atmosphere of one of our sleep centers. Many aspects of sleep will be monitored, and the test results are analyzed by one of our sleep specialists. A report containing the diagnosis and treatment recommendations will be sent to your primary care physician. We are ready and equipped to also provide treatments to the patients diagnosed in our centers. Treatments may include prescription of medications, providing special equipment to people with sleep apnea and relaxation techniques. For certain patients, surgical intervention may be appropriate, and our physicians will be pleased to advise patients on options available, and coordinate the required surgery with one of the leading Ear, Nose and Throat groups in the area.

Our network of conveniently located sleep centers in Massachusetts is staffed by a team of experts in the field of sleep medicine, and supported by board-certified sleep specialists in the areas of pulmonology, neurology, psychology, dentistry, psychiatry, and others. We are affiliated with world renowned medical and teaching hospitals, possess the most up-to-date information on sleep disorders, and use the most current technologies available to diagnose and treat those disorders.
