If you would like to find out if you are eligible to upgrade your equipment, we suggest you call and speak with one of our insurance verification specialists located in our Danvers office at 978-774-7243.

A prescription from your physician is required for a new CPAP or BiLevel unit. Many referring providers have given Sleep HealthCenters’ physicians permission to sign one for you.
